CANCELLATION POLICY
At Urban Edge, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least [24] hours in advance. 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling • More than [24] hours notice: No fee will be charged, and any deposits made will be [refunded/applied to your next session]. • Less than [24] hours notice: Cancellations made within this window will be charged. However if cancelled after the 24 hour period client will be charged 30% of scheduled service fee. 2. No-Shows Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a time slot. 3. Late Arrivals We provide a [15]-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule it entirely to avoid delaying other clients. If we must reschedule, the standard late cancellation fee will apply. 4. Emergencies & Illness We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. If you are experiencing symptoms of [illness], please contact us as soon as possible. Fees will be waived for emergencies.
